Returns & Refunds

Return window

Stock equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of up to 20%may apply to opened or installed equipment. Custom-configured items, items installed at the customer's facility, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email safetyautogroup94@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and a brief reason. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization, shipping instructions, and any applicable fees. Returns sent without a return authorization will be refused.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect all equipment at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is defective on arrival, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you. Photo documentation of the damage is required.

Refund timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Manufacturer warranty

All equipment is sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product. Contact us for warranty information on any specific item.
