By using this website or placing an order with Safety Auto Group, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Quotes

Items marked "Contact for quote" are not sold through the online checkout. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full payment card information.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping and delivery terms are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both pages are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Warranties

Equipment is sold with the original manufacturer's warranty. Safety Auto Group makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the manufacturer provides.

Installation & use

The customer is responsible for verifying that equipment is suitable for their facility, complies with local electrical and building codes, and is installed and operated by qualified personnel.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safety Auto Group's liability for any claim arising from a product or this website is limited to the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of business or downtime.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, layout, and trademarks — is the property of Safety Auto Group or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
