Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods
Small accessories (filters, dryers, hand tools) ship via standard ground carrier. Large equipment — spray booths, lifts, frame machines, compressors — ships LTL freight on a pallet. The freight method for any given order will be confirmed before processing.
Processing & lead time
In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Built-to-order or special-configuration equipment (paint booths, custom frame setups) has a lead time of 2–8 weeks from the manufacturer. Lead times are confirmed on the order acknowledgment.
Delivery & receiving
Freight deliveries are scheduled curbside via the carrier. The customer is responsible for:
- Receiving the shipment at the agreed delivery window
- Arranging forklift or liftgate access if not already specified at checkout
- Inspecting the shipment for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt
Damage at delivery
If visible damage is present, note it on the freight bill at the time of delivery and photograph the damage before unloading. Notify us within 48 hours. Damage claims filed after the shipment is signed clear are significantly harder to resolve with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted separately for freight items based on weight, dimensions, destination, and any accessorial services (liftgate, inside delivery, residential). A shipping quote will be provided before payment for large equipment.
International orders
We currently ship within the continental United States. For international or Hawaii/Alaska shipments, contact us directly for a custom freight quote.
